Windstep is a wiry brown tom with amber eyes.

History[]

Windkit is born to Shadowheart, and his father Rockmist of WindClan. His brothers are Stormkit and Crookedkit, and his two sisters are Waterkit and Rainkit.

He and his littermates recieve their apprentice names: Stormpaw, Windpaw, Crookedpaw, Rainpaw and Waterpaw. He recieves Darkcloud as a mentor.

He and his siblings later receive their warrior names.

Windstep admits that he hates being part of a big litter. He is seen talking to Fennelheart and shows to like her.

While hunting with Dustblaze, they spot Iceshine over the border. Dustblaze stops to talk to her but Windstep reminds him that he has a mate and they go on.

Streakkit has trouble with the Clan and Windstep is embaressed, but sticks up for her.

Fennelheart and him go to their special river and he admits that he love sher and asks her to be his mate. She accepts. Proud and happy, he shows her that he taught himself to swim, just for her.

He and Fennelheart help re-form the friendship between Streakkit and Brindlepaw.

Later, Rubystar gives him his first apprentice, Redpaw
