Wetstar was WindClan's leader.
- His daugther, Icestorm, later joined ThunderClan. He was quite angered by this, and led a patrol to the ThunderClan border to request for his daughter to come back. Icestorm refused, and Ravenstar agreed that it was Icestorm's descision. A battle insued, in which Icestorm was gravely injured. While Midnightpelt and Poppypaw were tending to her, many WindClan warriors including Snowmint and Rockmist attempted to steal her away, and take her back to camp. The ThunderClan deputy, Flameshine, became very angry, stating that if she wasn't taken care of, she would die. Rockmist retorted that they had medicine cats back at their own camp. Wetstar, oblivious to Icestorm's injuries, continued to battle mostly Ravenstar, but eventually was beaten. Crowflight, a deceased warrior of StarClan, came to tell Wetsar that he was losing his last life, and that it was time for him to join StarClan. Before he died, he granted Icestorm permission to stay in ThunderClan.
- During his burial, Icestorm was retrieved from ThunderClan and brought back to the WindClan camp to share tounges with her father for the last time.
When Wetstar is in Starclan, Eagleclaw falls in love with him.
